Starting from 11 years old

The exercises reinforce the body’s flexibility and muscular strength, consolidating and highlighting physical abilities. A specific attention is dedicated to correcting mistakes and physical weaknesses of students. Stretching is practiced to facilitate muscular elasticity and prevent injuries.
