Dancing is a team discipline characterised by moments of sharing and confrontation with mates and partners. Its practice facilitates the socialisation and relationships with others. Shy students will be stimulated to express their feelings while lively ones will be able to channel their energy into training. The courses are divided into pre-dance (4/5 years old), preparatory dance (6/10 years old), ballet (11 years old onwards) and contemporary dance (12 years old onwards).
